Timothy Lambert

A native of South Carolina, Tim Lambert grew up surrounded by entrepreneurial family members and friends who inspired him to start his own business at the age of 15. Since then, Tim has successfully run and operated several businesses including International Publishing Inc. His service and networking skills have allowed Tim to work with numerous business leaders and organizations. He has served on the board of Chesapeake Community Services, advisor to Chesapeake Mayor, and is a speaker at local and national business events where he shares his expertise in the media industry.


Rodica Lambert

Vice President

Rodica Lambert is a business owner, author and public speaker for non profit and for profit organizations. Her passion to serve the community coupled with a spirit of excellence have placed Rodica and her business in partnership with multi million dollar companies such as Gregg Garrett Realty, Ferguson, Schetelich, & Ballew, P.A., Veritas Collegiate Academy, just to name a few. Her company has helped numerous business and community leaders publish their own books, market their services and products through media such as website, social media, television and radio. Rodica loves to give back to the community and is currently overseeing over 100 volunteers through her non profit organization. Her connections and people skills are an asset that will help your company with all your media needs.

Jason Lawler

Jason Lawler has been with the company since March of 2008.  He graduated Cum Laude from Norfolk State University in December of 2005, where he received his Bachelor of Fine Arts & Graphic Design degree.  In April of 2012, he graduated from Bryant & Stratton College, where he received his Associate degree for Applied Science in Security Technology.  He is the youngest of 5 living children.  He has worked diligently to help accomplish the vision of our company and see people come together in the marketplace. On June 29, 2019 he married his beautiful wife, Natoya Lawler.


David Laylor

Web Design & Information Technology Specialist


David Laylor was born in Norfolk, Virginia and raised in the Hampton Roads area. During his six year enlistment in the US NAVY David was trained and served in shipboard firefighting, specially flight deck firefighting principals. His further Paramedical training and certification and six years as an active volunteer with the Nansemond-Suffolk Volunteer Rescue Squad, Squad One afforded him unique opportunities to serve in ways that, he feels, “made a difference.” David studied Computer Science at Old Dominion University. He works in our Web Design and Hosting Department and oversees the IT Department.

Townsend Lambert

Sales & Media


Townsend Lambert is one of Hampton Roads’ youngest entrepreneurs owning his first profitable business at the age of 13. He is currently studying Business at Regent University and has been an honor student making the Dean’s list while pursuing his degree in Business Administration. Townsend leads our sales team and works with clients in the Media Department for maximum exposure. His speciality is reaching the largest generation in our labor force today – the Millennials.


Patricia Goedeke

Creative Director of Publications


Patricia Goedeke was born in Baltimore, Maryland and raised in the Baltimore County area. She graduated in 2009 from Cabrini University in Radnor, PA with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Studio Art. From 2010-2012, she completed continuing education courses in Graphic Design from MICA (Maryland Institute  College of Art). Patricia leads the Graphics Department and works with clients to ensure their vision comes to life, whether they need to re-brand their company or they just need a postcard designed. She also oversees the production of The Shepherd's Guide Business Directories and works with clients on ad design.


Kimberly Combs

IPI Consultant & Special Events Coordinator


Kimberly works for the Chesapeake Fire Department as a HR liaison and payroll technician for 505 firefighters. Prior to working for the Chesapeake Fire Department, Kimberly worked as a Marketing Director for Chick-fil-A for 13 years. Prior to working with Chick-fil-A, Kimberly was a Customer Service Rep for Southtrust Bank. Kimberly currently volunteers for American Red Cross, CCRWC political group, Soup Kitchens, and is one of the worship leaders and kids director for Christian Embassy International Church. Kimberly volunteers her time singing and working for the City of Chesapeake functions, Chesapeake Fire Department functions, CHIP society, American Heart Association, and many other organizations in the city. Kimberly enjoys serving people and the citizens in her department.
While working with Chick-fil-A, Kimberly organized many community events, led various campaigns, served in schools and local business, using her skills in marketing to grow her franchise to a 6 million dollar restaurant.


Jaime Combs

IPI Consultant


Jaime R. Combs is a professional Firefighter/EMT for the Chesapeake Fire Department where he serves the citizens of Chesapeake in protecting lives from harm and danger in fighting fires or providing emergency health care. His duties include responding to all citizen calls that come in to the 911 Dispatch center, either as a Driver Pump Operator, Medic Operator, or riding jump seat in the Engine. Jaime has to stay physically fit and regularly works out and trains with his peers. Training is a constant and Jaime is always looking for ways to improve all aspects of the Chesapeake Fire Department. Jaime is certified in Firefighter I & II with the Virginia Department of Fire Programs Driver, Pump Operator, Hazardous materials and Operations, Confined Space Awareness, SCBA Operations, Emergency Medical Technician-Basic with Virginia Department of Emergency Services, Mayday Firefighter Down, and US Coast Guard Motor Operations. Jaime has worked for the Chesapeake Fire Department for 4 years as a paid Firefighter/EMT, and he was on the CFD auxiliary team as a volunteer Firefighter for 3 years where he logged over 20 hours per week. Jaime served for 6 years a Deputy Sheriff before joining the fire department, where he served in many capacities of protecting the citizens of Chesapeake and Norfolk Virginia. Jaime has a heart to serve and has volunteered in many organizations including serving as the Royal Rangers leader, Usher, Security Team, and many functions at Christian Embassy International Church. He also actively volunteers with the American Red Cross, Chesapeake Regional Health Society, the CHIP program, Union Mission, MDA Association, CCRW Political group, Chesapeake Housing Authority, American Cancer Society, and volunteers for many of the functions put on by the Chesapeake Fire Department. Jaime graduated as Valedictorian of his high school with a GPA of 3.97. He studied at Hampton Roads Regional Academy, and both Norfolk and Chesapeake’s Sheriff Academy and finished as one of the top in his class for all 3 academies. Jaime has also studied as a Journeyman Electrician.
